Infinite Zero

You start eating your granola bar. As you toss the wrapper away, you don't notice the 100% FIBER on it. As you keep looking for the source of the noise, a strange feeling of constipation settles over you. Your eyes roll to the back of your head, and you release a wet, slapping explosion. You hear a groan, and whirl around, just to find the source of the voice. It was a woman tied to a pillar, but unfortunately theres no saving her now. What do you do?
