'excuse me ma'am would you like to go before me?' you say with a polite smile that nobody can deny
'thank you' the elderly lady says with a big toothy grin
and as the lady goes to the blonde who become disappointed that you didnt come, you make your way to the auburn haired girl

'hello' you say with a collected smile
'hello sir is there anything i can help you with?' the girl says with a simulated smile

'yeah im here to make a new library card' you say
'was your old card lost or stolen?' she automatically asks as you finish your sentance

'well actually i just moved here and i need to get a new card'
'oh okay then come follow me' she said in reply
