PSI Shield - Silver generates a shield of psychic energy that deflects attacks and recharges 2 POW Points every successful block. Cost: 3

Rock Toss - Using his PSI abilities, Silver pulls chunks of rock out of the ground and hurls them at an opponent. Roll one die to determine how many rocks hit. Does 4 damage each successful hit. Cost: 5
50% Chance of Stun Status to enemies of any type. Roll on Luck to determine.

Starting Items:
Psyonic Conductive Gloves - Specialized gloves that allow Silver to better focus and control his psychic abilities. Without these gloves, all PSI Point costs are raised 2 additional points and psychic attacks do half damage due to missing the target. If any other gloves are worn, these handicaps apply, and the stats of the item are added to their appropriate areas.

Warp Device - A piece of future technology that allows you to teleport to other locations when given the option.

Psychic Water - Numerous excursions into the Twilight Cage by explorers and researchers of his time, have brought back many artifacts and tools. One of which is this enchanted water from the Voxai Colony. Whoever drinks this will have their psychic attacks increased +3 in combat.
Silver starts with three vials.
