You go to lucario with bidoof and mudkip.

"I have brought them here sir,"master mudkip says.
"Good job master mudkip,"lucario says,"Now you trainer are a very important person. You are the one that will help us defeat the bunearys. But first I must speak with bidoof...alone."
Lucario takes bidoof into another chamber that looks very odd.
You wait outside the chamber for hours.
