The Great Conflict

You briefly reveal yourself and then take cover and wait for the inevitable barrage of kinetic energy. As soon as it passes you rush into the doorway and begin shooting with your PEAR in circular patters across the ceiling. The room almost immediately feels with debris as the plaster and stone in the wall is mashed into a fine powder and is rapidly dispersed throughout. This gives you another moment as the cleric composes himself to attack. The ceiling as not yet caved in. You can continue firing upon the ceiling and hope it does but leave yourself vulnerable or you can kill the cleric now with your PEAR to prevent him from blasting you with kinetic force. You have only a moment, make your decision.
