Summer Vacation
She tosses you a wicked grin.
"I like your thinking," she says. "I think I know just the place."
Driving shotgun in her red T-Bird is the most exhilerating experience that you have ever known. The wind blowing through your hair and the radio blaring makes you feel almost like you are in a sort of dream.
You pull up at Club Crystal. There is a long line of people in front of the club, many of them teens. The bouncer looks fairly disinterested in checking IDs.
"Come on," Claire winks at you.
The two of you pile out of the T-Bird. Claire produces two fake IDs and you enter the club.
Inside the dimly lit smoking club the two of you dance for close to an hour. You can hardly keep up with her. She knows moves that you have never seen. Eventually, even she gets tired and the two of you saunter over to the bar.
"Two beers," she says, flashing a grin at the bartender.
