The Lost Diary
Before the thief can reach the safety of the street, however, Thomas' two fierce BULLDOGS arrive at the alleyway entrance, blocking the young man's escape. He cowers in fear, not knowing what to try next.
Thomas emits two short, sharp whistles and the dogs sit down, snarling angrily at the man.
Thomas, with a cheeky grin on his face, holds out his right hand to the thief. "Coin, please!"
The man looks back towards both of you; he knows he is beaten. Begrudgingly, he removes the gold piece from his pocket and tosses it to Thomas. Your friend catches it cleanly and hands it to you. "I told ya' we got im," Thomas reminds you.
