J. Cross, Manager
"You know not to stand in front of the forklift Richard." you say as you lead the injurred employee to the break room to get out the very sad, miniscule first-aid kit. You take a towel and dab the blood off his face. Then you ask him to wrap some guaze around the cuts on his face somehow (since you don't know how that'd work) and then dismiss yourself back to the warehous e to see if anything was damaged.
When you get to the loading dock you see that there aren't any employees anywhere around. You know they're either loafing around somewhere, or they all went back to the sales floor without notifying you.
You hate being responsible for people. It's time to make a manager-y decision.
