Hall of Infinite Doors
The solvent you are holding is clearly cloroform. The label says so. You take a rag and dump a plentiful amount on it. You find a cloth bag too. If she wants a man, you're more than willing to oblige.
You proceed to the end of the tunnel. The end is overgrown with bushes and trees, and you have to step carefully to get out.
Then you wait. All kinds of thoughts run through your mind. Should you do this or not? You convince yourself that she wants this, and if she does, why not you.
Then she appears, walking steadily through the park. She grips her white purse carefully, but looks out of place. She doesn't stick to the lighted path, but nears you, as if she knows where you are. You wait tensely.
Then, as she is going past you jump behind her and place the rag over her mouth. She grows dizzy and weak in your arms. You grab her purse, put the bag over her head and drag her back through the bushes to the tunnel.
She isn't light. She seems to stagger along until you find the door. When open you carry her to the table and tie her arms to it with the old rope. Even with the lights on, the place seems nearly dark.
She seems to come to.
