You spend several more years studying oncology and come out of your schooling and training an expert in the field. You take out many loans and start up a private practice. Unfortunately, a mere six months after you open up your practice a drug company announces a miracle cure to cancer and a vaccine against it. The world is cancer free within a few short years and you are out of a job. You are one of the only people who doesn't celebrate this miracle cure.
