Hall of Infinite Doors

You move to an isolated part of South America and become a witch doctor for the local tribes men. Unfortunately, one day while you are gathering roots and herbs for your "potions" you fall into a small pond. You get out and dry off, not thinking much of it. Little did you know that a parasite swam up your urinary tract and laid eggs within your bladder. When the eggs hatch and the organisms escape they leave behind a nasty infection. Since you don't use conventional medicine you are unable to attain an antibiotic. You take one of your potions which only serves to give you heart burn and diarrhea. You die quickly.
