The Great Conflict

You enter the small vessel with your issued robots and enter your stasis capsule. You temporarily lose consciousness and in what seems like an instant you make the trip. This time you are awakened before the ship lands because it must make a silent decent. It slowly lands down at the edge of the forest about a kilometer away from the monastery itself. The doors open up and you slowly creep out into the darkness. It is an overcast night but your night vision ocular implants allow you to see quite well. Your infrared vision detects no life in your immediate vicinity so you gather your weapons and take off. In the distance you can hear the sounds of thunder; this is advantageous because the noise will cover your entry. At the rate the sound reaches your ear you determine that it shall pass over this monastery within fifteen minutes, covering your escape. You creep around the edge of the forest, remaining hidden and surveying the area. Several guards patrol the main entrance and there is a bell tower to warn of any intrusion. You observe a small graveyard to the far rear of the monastery that contains a mausoleum which would take you down into the catacombs. The risk is that you will have to cover some open ground to reach it and could be spotted as a result. Your other option is to tunnel your way in, but this could be time consuming.
