The Great Conflict
Intel reports that several clerics reside within the compound you are infiltrating. This monastery holds between eight and thirteen clerics and a number of peasant guards that have been supernaturally enhanced by the faithful to have stronger armor and more powerful weapons. Clerics have three types of defenses, Blessed Shields which are red in color, Holy Shields which are green in color, and Divine Shields which are blue in color. Blessed Shields have the ability to block any fast moving projectiles with mass, using their own gravitational and magnetic force against them. Holy shields have the ability to block any sort of pure energy mass less attack. The Divine shields hold the protections of both Blessed and Holy shields and alternate methods must be used to eliminate individuals with this protection. Clerics hold a wide variety of firepower including electron manipulation, kinetic control, and incendiary abilities. They also have the potential to summon additional combatants to the field. Clerics may wield multiple offensive and defensive abilities but never the less remain irrevocably human and share the same weaknesses as any other human. Once their magic is bypassed they are no stronger than a peasant.
The monastery has a number of catacombs underneath it that would provide a more stealthy entrance. You will be attacking in the middle of night and many clerics shall be sleeping, so if you remain elusive you should be able to take several by surprise. Once battle starts the PEAB's may be easily deployed.
