You approached your boss's office, to see a woman sitting outside it you didn't notice before. She was quite pretty, with short straight brown hair and some sort of high heels. She looked like she'd stepped out of Vogue. I'd tap THAT.
"Hi, you're the new secretary?"
"Yeah, what do you want?"
Hostile.
"I want to know why my assistant was fired this morning."
"Because they were hired for the wrong reasons." she flashes white teeth.
"And who says that?"
"I do. Your assistant's ex-girlfriend."
