On the front of the card it says in a fairly mundane font, "For all your insurance needs call 1-800-666-HELL"
In small font on the bottom of the card it says, "Read the back for important information."
You flip the card over and find the following message which seems to have been scrawled in human blood... or a crappy red pen, "Well, it looks like you tried to act interested in my insurance speech and used the business card as an excuse to escape. You were folly for thinking it would be that simple. You are bound to this business card. You cannot get rid of it and destroying the card will result in your death. The cards fate and your fate are one in the same. The only way to rid yourself of this curse is to call the number on the front of the card. Failure to do so will result in a lifetime of agony. Simply storing the card in your wallet will not solve the problem either. The longer you hold onto it the deeper the curse shall take effect and you will notice that your genitals will start to rot. I suggest you call now before this happens. Have a nice day."
