Hall of Infinite Doors

You pull open the Wool Door. Bits of it keep pulling away from the main mass like fluff, but eventually you manage to open the door.

Inside, you find yourself in a giant cavern. In the corner, curled up into a ball, is a full-grown dragon. His slow breath pattern suggests to you he's sleeping.

Do you approach the dragon, or do you examine the cave first?
