This Story is Going Nowhere Fast

He may not be pretty, but he sure is fat, and you are rather hungry. You eat the fat guy over the course of several hours, using the man's own sweat as gravy.
As he settles in your stomach you realise you may have overdone it a little by eating that last buttock, and you now have a desperate need to vomit.
