Visual Epic
With a final thrust, you deal the finishing blow to the demon. It writhes in agony. With its final breath, it rises its arms and hurls a spell. The demon then collapses and fades to a shadow, and then to nothing.
With the protection of the amulet you're not too worried about the spell. Your amulet doesn't even heat up like it did when you first entered the shrine and were hit with dark magic. You start to make your way out of the shrine.
As soon as you take your first step, however, the ground beneath you starts to shake. The walls begin to crumble, and the ceiling starts to fall. You're almost hit with a rock twice as large as your head.
You take this all in in a moment, and you start to run towards to entrance. It's clear to you now that the demon is trying to destroy the shrine, and you along with it. To your despair, the entrance is already blocked by rubble. With only one option left, you bolt towards the waterfall. Pausing only for a second, you leap into the cataract.

And thus ends the first installment of "Visual Epic". Will our intrepid hero survive? Will we ever find out why that angry guy was so angry? Will a second installment be made, considering all the time and effort involved? The answer to all these questions and more is: MAYBE!!!
