Hall of Infinite Doors

You keep your eyes closed and try to stay relaxed so that you may appear to be asleep. The cleaning lady approaches you and gives you a poke. You remain still. She then shakes you and says "Excuse me sir you must leave now." You continue to be non responsive. She attempts to wake you a bit more and then goes to her cleaning cart. You take a peak to see what she is doing and you see that she has a surgical kit! What do you do?
