The Great Conflict

After pressing in the manual override button the doors slowly open and flames jet out of the opening as the fire is exposed to a new source of oxygen. This part of the facility looks little like a utilities sector and more like hell itself. Smoke and steam impair most of your vision and the only things that seem to shine through are the bright flames that emerge from various gaps in the walls and ceiling. This is certainly not a human's job you think to yourself. The Faithful were wise in wiping out your robotic systems in their attack. You walk out several steps until you can no longer see the doorway which you entered from, just smoke and flames in every direction. Even with the hazard suit you feel uncomfortably hot. Now you must hurry and find the coolant system and repair it before all is lost. The only directional ability you have is to rely on the compass function that resides within your mind itself. Which direction shall you go assuming you approached from the south?
