You grab a sharp jagged rock the size of a softball that was lying near the fence and straining your arms to reach slam the rock into the chain as hard as you can. Unfortunately due to your childish body this is not very hard and you are unable to do any damage whatsoever to the chain. Looks like another method will be required.
