The Mold
You decide to take a moment to question the homeless man and see what he knows figuring that by living outside he probably has heard or witnessed something that could help you out. You start by making casual conversation: "Hello sir what is your name?"
The man opens his mouth releasing a nasty cloud of rotten breath and revealing that most of his teeth are missing and the ones that remain are yellow and black. He replies "My name is Larry. What can I do you for George?"
You find it a bit strange that he is calling you George and treating you as if he knows you but you continue the conversation by asking, "Do you know anything about a strange aberration made of mold that has been attacking people lately?"
Larry straightens up and replies as if he has a speech prepared, "Yes I know all about the mold. You see back in NamÂ…"
You notice he is about to go into a war flashback. Do you continue listening?
