When you wake up you look around the closet that you were in is no longer a closet. The roof of it is burned off, as well as the rest of the house. Gaining back a sense of where you are, you remember that your boyfriend, Mariek, was outside the closet.
Walking over to him you hear him say, "You have to leave the village there is nothing left here. Everyone is dead. You can't survive here." The last few getting quieter as if he were moving further away. He passes away.
