Heroes in a Half Shell

"Listen," You say to him in a confidential tone, "I just caught Michelangelo and Casey smoking down in my laboratory and I think I might have caught a bit of a contact high."

"So he's at it again?" Raphael asks with disappointment clearly evident in his tone. The two of you start to walk down the labrynth like tunnels of sewage benieth the city streets.

"Have you told Master Splinter?" He asks you.

You shake your head. "No. Not yet. I'm not really sure if I should."

"Master Splinter should know about this." Raph tells you.

"I know," You reply, "But I didn't want to get him into any trouble."

"If he's smoking that herb, he's already in trouble." He says.

You take a deep breath. He's right, of course. Michaelangelo should never have done something like that. There's likely to be another intervention with him. Last time, Splinter threatened to kick Michaelangelo off of the team. You'd hate to see him go, but understand that having a stoner present in a battle can be quite a detrament to the team. Damn him! Why can't he just stay away from that shit?!

"Is this the place?" Raphael asks you, looking up at a manhole above.

You look around and decide that you have in fact reached your destination. "This is it." You say.

He leads the way up the ladder, and pushes the manhole cover aside before climbing out. You follow him out and put the cover back where it came from. The two of you look around, searching for a Neutrino wreck amongst the stacks of crushed and crashed vehicular refuse.

After just a little searching, Raphael points to a twenty some foot high pile of automobiles in the distance. At the very top is one a Neutrino vehicle. Hopefully it will have a dilithium generator within that is salvagable.

You nod and the two of you begin walking towards the wreck. From behind you, you swear you hear something growling, and when you look you find three rotwielers following you slowly, thier teeth bared. They look angry.

"Uh... Raph?" You say, tapping your red bandana wearing companion on the shoulder.

"What is it?" He asks, not bothering to follow your gaze.

"I think this yard has guard dogs." You tell him.

"Yeah, I was pretty sure I stepped in something back there. I tried to wipe it off, but..."

"They're right behind us." You say.

He turns around and spots them. "Double Fuck." He says, cautiously drawing his sais as the dogs appraoch.
