You look around and find Charlie's own, private Fire Hose, on a reel. You grab the large metal end and smash the window. Then you jump out the window, holding onto the hose. You procede to absail down the side of the building.
Then you hear a loud BANG! and the fire hose slackens. Roll a dice to see if you can smash the window.
