POTC - A Piratical Romp Through the Movie
You decide to wait. Surely someone in the King's Navy knows how to swim, and you do not want to reveal yourself to those who may want to imprison you. Your presumptions are correct. A sailor dives into the water and retrieves the girl, dragging her onto the gangplank.
"Bravo," you think to yourself. "I love a good rescue!" Unfortunately, you were thinking out loud.
"Hey, you there! What are you doing down there?" The barrel of the officer's rifle is pointed directly at you. "Climb up here and speak!"
You do as he says, not wishing to argue with his weapon.
When you reach the gankplank, you see that there are two men, one is tall and skinny, the other is short and pudgy you would have laughed at the sight of them, if they weren't armed.
The short one begins the interrogation. "Did you see the governor's daughter fall from the wall?"
"Yes," you reply.
Well why didn't you try and save her? You were already in the water." The tall man suggested.
"Are you asking the questions, Mullroy, or am I?"
Mulroy looks sheepishly downwards. "You are, Murtogg. Sorry."
Murtogg puffs up his chest and continues. "Thank you. Now, why didn't you try to save her?"
You think for a moment before you answer. These two soldiers are completely incompetent.
