After settling into her first few days of classes, Molly headed to the first meeting of Montgomery's writing club.
"Welcome, everyone!" the president of the club said. "I'm Caleb, and welcome to writing club! In this club, you will be stretching your creative muscles and coming up with exciting new stories. My vice president, Gianna, and I are so excited to have you! Your first prompt is to write a story that contains a betrayal of some kind. That's the only guideline I'm going to give you. And... go!"
Molly thought about this. There were many different directions this story concept could go in.
