You turn to Luna, and she is a bit startled by you and says, "Oh. Hi. Sorry, I was preoccupied with my own thoughts. They can keep you in perfect company, you know. You have some Plimpies floating around your head. How curious." You respond with, "Is that a bad sign?" Luna shakes her head, "Oh no, not at all. It's a wonderful thing. I'm Luna Lovegood, by the way." The train stops. Ginny smiles, "Guys, guys. I think we are here." Hits Neville lightly on the head, "Wake up." You, Luna, Neville, and Ginny step into the castle, gawking all the while. You feel very rushed to the dining hall, but you are happy to finally enjoy a meal since you didn't get to eat breakfast or eat a snack on the train ride. Luna smiles, "I'm going to look for the pudding," she says, wandering off. Ginny, "Come sit with us." You all sit down, and McGonagal drones on until she says something that gets everyone's ears perked up; "Now we are going to get sorted into our Hogwarts houses." In what felt like a flash, you were up there sitting in the chair, having a hat (that is frankly kind of musty) being placed on your head. Then it asks, "I do consider your opinion. Which house would you like to be in?
