That river in Egypt

Rennala pulled out her phone and called 000.
"Are you in need of ambulance, fire brigade or police?"
"Ambulance please"
She waited a second until she was put through.
"Heya, a man here has been brutally attacked by forks and is currently unresponsive"
"Unresponsive, is the patient breathing?"
Rennala held her ear up to his mouth to listen for a breath and to see if his chest moved at all.
"No, not breathing"
"Alright Ma'am you're going to have to perform CPR until paramedics arrive. Kneel next to him and place the heel of your hand in the centre of his chest"
Rennala wasn't usually the one being given orders, but she had gone to the effort of taking a pet home so she wanted to keep him.
"Got it"
"Place your other hand on top of the first one, and interlock your fingers"
"Done"
"Lean so that you're directly above the patient, and then you may begin compressions. Push down using all of your weight, keep your arms straight, and then release. Don't be afraid to push too hard"
"Got it, starting compressions"
As Rennala pushed down hard into his chest, 2 little arcs of blood squirted out of his eyes. Every time she pushed, his eyes streamed until she let go. After 30 compressions, the eye-squirting started to die down. By 60, she had squeezed every drop of blood out of his body and he was as dry as a dinosaur bone.
"Erm, on second thought, I think it's just a scratch, he's fine you can cancel the ambulance"
She hung up the phone and sat against the wall.
