She made sure he was standing on his own before she disappeared into another room. Before long she returned, holding a 2 pairs of shiny cuffs. She knelt down and cuffed both of his ankles together. It's not like he was going to go anywhere very quickly, but she didn't want any resisting later. He barely even noticed, he was just trying to stay standing.
