Rennala woke up, still tired from the late night despite it being 2PM. She yawned, before reaching over and grabbing her phone. She had a few messages from Melina, so rather than text back she just called and put the phone to her ear.
"Heya Melina"
"Hi Ren, you got in late, didn't you?"
"Yeah, it took a while getting home because a certain someone's lovely boyfriend wouldn't give me a lift"
"Sorrryyyy, I try to be assertive but I just can't seem to enforce it"
"Well, sounds like something to work on"
"Yeah I know. Anyway, did you hear?"
"Hear what? I just woke up"
"Do you remember that guy sitting on the floor you were 'messing' with? Damocles I think it was"
"Yeah I remember him, had like 5 drinks and got super drunk"
"Sounds like he had a few too many, his roommate said that he hasn't come home yet"
"Oh that's weird, I haven't seen him since..."
"Since?"
"...Since I last saw him"
"Right, he's probably asleep at the party still"
"Probably. Let me know what happens with that, I have to go"

"See ya Mel"
