That river in Egypt
Rennala thought this would be a story too funny to miss out on. Of course she wanted to go hunting for aliens with a random drunk guy!
"Sure, I'll come look with you"
"Yessss backup. I have a feeling that the Keplerian is in one of the bedrooms"
"You have a feeling?"
"Just a hunch. When I arrived, I actually saw a green humanoid figure with a giant forehead walking into one of the rooms"
"...I think that is a pretty good clue..."
Rennala stood up from the couch and followed the guy down a hallway towards the bedrooms. She wasn't entirely sure if he actually thought he saw an alien, or if this was a super bizarre way to get her alone with him in a bedroom. Either way, she had to see how this plotline would go. They arrived at a door, and the drunk guy spoke.
"This is the room I saw the Keplerian go into"
Although it was quiet and dark in the hallway, Rennala could see all sorts of strange flashing lights under the door.
