“Billy?! What the hell is wrong with you?!” You scream down the empty, dark road, your voice echoing into the cold night.

Billy, your friend, turns around slowly. His silhouette is barely visible, but even in the dim light, you can see that he’s morphed, his body distorting in unnatural ways.

Then, with a blood-curdling scream, he charges toward you. His arms swing wildly, flailing in the air as if they’re not even attached properly. His legs move in impossible ways, joints twisting at odd angles. His jaw snaps from one side to the other, his head jerking and twitching uncontrollably.

“Frankkyyyy??!!” His voice is almost unrecognizable, strained with panic. He slows down, twitching as if he’s trying desperately to control himself, to stop.

“Get away, Frankkk!! Get away from me!!” he shouts, his voice laced with pain and terror.

But before you can react, he snaps into motion again, his body suddenly sprinting on all fours like a rabid dog, his movements erratic and terrifying.

Your heart races, fear overtaking you as you realize your friend is no longer the person you knew.
