The New Daycare

You turned your head away. There was no way you were going to eat baby food, besides you didn’t even like vegetables. You kept turning your head every time the spoon tried to enter your mouth, feeling a small sense of satisfaction when the robot was unable to feed you.

You smirked, thinking that you had won, when all of a sudden, a clothespin was placed on your nose. Fear pooled in the bottom of your stomach. Your hands were trapped beneath the tray, there was no way you could remove the pin. Unable to breathe, you opened your mouth attempting to take a deep breath when the spoon was shoved in your mouth. You swallowed as fast as you could, not even minding the carrot taste, desperate to ease your burning lungs.

The robot generously let you take a few quick breaths before continuing to feed you the rest of the jar. You couldn’t help but feel ashamed as you let the robot feed you, unable to do anything else. Sometimes they misaimed, getting the baby food all over your face, some even dripping on your bib.

The jar was about halfway empty when you felt a sudden pressure in your gut…those suppositories were finally working. You squirmed a little, not believing that you could hold it for very long, and the jar was only halfway empty…what should you do?
