After some more introductory statements, (you were thankfully able to blend in to the background on this one), Jeff informs you that you'll be competing in your first Reward Challenge immediately. Time to show the rest of your tribe what you're made of.
"The tribes will face off in pairs. Four castaways will race along the beach to dig up a single bag in a designated lane. Then, you'll have to race back to your mat. The first person to be touching the bag and your mat will score a point for their tribe. The first tribe to score three points will win. Want to know what you're playing for?"
Both tribes lean in, trying to catch a glimpse of what Jeff will pull out.
"Fire, in the form of flint. In this game, fire is your life. When you lose your fire, you are out of this game. Let's draw for spots, and get started."
You are paired with Sugar Kiper. She smiles and nods politely, clearly having no clue who you are, just like the rest of your tribe. You will be going out in the first round for the heroes
