"Alright man. Suit yourself. I'd just hate to see you get pulled over by the cops on your way home. You are underage," Scott says to you. You don't want to get pulled over either, but you don't really want to try the cocaine.

You have 2 choices:

You take your liscence back and leave the party. You'd rather risk it than try that stuff.
You try the cocaine. Scott's right. You are a minor, and you'd get busted big time if the cops caught you on your way home.
