Everything Went Dark

It took a few more seconds, but Tatum had finally woken up. As she began to move, whoever was shaking her stopped. They didn't let go of Tatum though. Her dorm room was dark, so she couldn't see who was in the room with her. "What's going on?" Tatum started to ask. She tried to sit up, but was held in place by whoever was shaking her earlier. And then they let go. However, they didn't give Tatum any time to actually process what was happening. Whoever was in Tatum's dorm was apparently a psychopath who wanted Tatum to be awake as they slammed a pillow onto her face and held it there. Tatum tried to move, but whoever was pressing the pillow down on her face was really firm. Tatum couldn't breath anymore. She felt woozy. She couldn't really see anything, it all just stayed dark.
