The Activity Club and the House of Frost
As soon as Ed is done making catboy Spender a reality, all of the paintings glow green, and you watch as a hole in the barrier opens. Muse puts an arm around Ed.
"You failed, Ned," he says. "Maybe you'll punch a hole through the barrier next time. But I doubt it."
He slaps Ed on the back hard, and Ed is sent flying through the hole in the barrier. As Ed crosses the threshold of the barrier, Muse turns wispy and swirls into the paintbrush, becoming a tool once again. Ed stumbles and falls on you.
"Heya, Max!" he says, though his voice is muffled in your shoulder. "Thanks for the save!"
He tries to give you a thumbs up and accidentally punches you in the face. You nearly drop him, but both of you manage to right yourselves.
"Sorry about that," says Ed sheepishly. "But hey! Muse is probably happy I got to punch something!"
You aren't amused, and it must show on your face because Ed quickly changes the subject.
