Everything Went Dark
Because the group of four had all the time in the world, they devised a plan to break out. There was a guard and two (well-paid) servants who were part of the rebellion and were willing to help them escape. Addie had used Morse code to communicate with them to guarantee help when they need it. And the plan went like this:
A note that would be given to the temporary leader of the rebellion. It would list a plan to not only break the four out of their prison, but also would help get the New Roman community up and running again. The note would be delivered by one of the four prisoners to one of the servants. When it came the time for everyone to be taken outside one-by-one to get fresh air, they would request to be taken in this order: Jack, Addie, Jordan, and then Jennan. Addie would not be delivering the note because she was already caught trying to communicate with New Romans a few weeks prior. Her attempting to do that again wouldn't be very good.
