Everything Went Dark

"The Australian and New Zealand survivors made a country called Boomerang.
Most European survivors stayed in a place called New Divided Kingdom.
The Canadian survivors were in Maple Puck.
The American survivors stayed in a place that no one could agree on a name so we were known as "The Country".
The Russian survivors actually kept their country's name Mother Russia, and after half a year of living in these countries, Germany left their place called New Germany and joined Mother Russia.
All the survivors from the countries in the African continent called their country Heart of The Lion(A tribute to the now extinct creatures).
All of the Pacific Islanders such as the Polynesian, Hawaiian, Samoans, Native Alaskans, and more similar survivors all traveled to find each other and formed Pasifika.
All Native American survivors rejoined and made a country with the name their ancestors had originally called America: Turtle Island(even though they weren't on an island).
Icelandic, Greenlandic, and Danish survivors formed Iced Greenery--a mockery of Iceland and Greenland's past name because now their country was neither icy or green.
The Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, and both North and South Korean survivors formed The United Five, each country has elected a representative so there were five rulers instead of one, mainly to avoid dictatorship.
All of the South American survivors grouped together and called themselves the South Republic, but they were located in the East.
And everyone else who's country didn't survive the apocalypse or they didn't want to join any other new country all grouped together and formed the Neutral Grounds. A place that everyone who lives in Apocalypse are banned from going to.
Once all of these countries had been formed, survivors traveled from their country's boundaries to be where their families and ancestry were from, some stayed where they were, some joined new nations, others went to the Neutral Grounds to escape any potential tyrannies and such, and everyone began to rebuild what had been lost."
