You arrive at the supermarket. Quickly, you locate non-perishable food and toilet paper. As you wait in line for the checkout a young man accidentally bumps into you knocking the toilet paper you had under your arm onto the floor. He apologies and hands it back to you. You finish checking out your groceries and head home. You grip the doorknob of your front door and stare in despair at the bright red spots that have erupted across your hand.

Your condition worsens quickly. Your heart stops 10 hours later.
