The siege against humanity

You decide that the attack will most likely end up to be a bloodshed and refuse to go, your better off just keeping to yourself and hiding here in your home where no one can find you. You decide to go to bed but you want to see what happens at 10, so you put an alarm clock next to your bed. Hours later the ringing wakes you up and you want to go see if anything is happening at the lagoon. You put on your camouflaged gear, grab your night vision googles and make your way there through the thick of the forest, you see man vs machine firsthand. You figure your safe in the bush's and get comfy to watch the battle. As you lay there watching you hear branches breaking behind you, you spin around and see a scout in the trees, you turn off your walkie-talkie but the scout turns and sees you, you try and run but your no match to the powerful machine. Your a goner.
