The Monsters of Millwood County

"Zatch can handle himself." You reason, looking at the dogs in the park before getting up. There are a fair amount of benches left for people to rest and watch their pets, but as you walk around there's nobody there outside of you. In fact there's so many dogs it's almost like there'd be at least 30 owners... yet, as you wander, the entire place is abandoned.
You do come across something though! A backpack sitting alone on a bench.
