Ghost Pirates of the Sea-erra Madre

Bubbles have always fascinated you. Of course you must investigate.

These particular bubbles are periodically emerging from of a crack in a sloping area of the ocean floor. You peer inside but cannot get a visual on what might be causing them to bubble out like that.

Using your scientific instruments from the Seeker 3, you analyze everything you can about the bubbles. Your special measuring tools show that the size of the bubbles ranges between 1 and 4 centimeters. This is a very normal size for bubbles. However, the readout on your underwater bubble analyzing apparatus shows that the chemical makeup of the individual bubbles varies from methane to carbon dioxide to argon to oxygen. This discovery shocks you to your bubble-loving core.
