Getting the coins means ending the game, so obviously Isaac goes for the coins. Before he manages to get a good grip on the pouch, however, Scrooge slams into him, causing him to fall to the floor.

When Isaac gets up, he sees that Scrooge is now between him and the pouch of coins.

Looks like it's time for a fight.
