The Other World
You decided not to join Marcel and Sorina.
"I didn't want to back with them either. Let's head back to the village," Tamara says.
"Leave them here?" you ask.
"Yes, they'll be alright. I'm sure they'll notice that we are gone and come back to the village too."
You shrug because you barely know them, but you feel a mysterious darkness loom over you as you and Tamara walk back to the village.
There is an awkward silence between you two.
"Thirsty?" Tamara looks at you.
"Umm, no?"
"Oh well, more for me." You see her take a clear bag with red substance in it. She opens her mouth and her fangs glisten in the sun. She bites down on the bag and drinks until it is a shriveled up piece of plastic in her hand. She throws it on the ground. "Eh, its biodegradable."
Your heart is racing from what you just witnessed, but you don't say anything to her.
"Let's get to the village."
