Tickling Eevee

Two females walk in the room with an eevee. He gets thrown into the trap and locked up. He can't move all that much, just enough to squirm around. His belly is fully exposed, and his armpits are in a perfect position to tickle. Both females begin to brush their tails back and forth in his armpits in quick succession. He laughs aloud, squirming. The females contort their bodies so that they can tickle his belly with their forepaws and still be able to tickle his armpits with their tails. He laughs harder, but he can't squirm anymore than he already is. He strains, but still cannot escape the female's touch. What should happen next?
