How bad this situation is, you don't know, but your instinct is tingling. The one thing you do have is your mysterious skill. Therefore, you decide the best course of action would be to take the time to figure out exactly how you're going to get out of this. Right off the bat, you know something is wrong because lt's daytime & fairly warm out, yet the playground is empty. You don't hear any cars or chatter in the distance, not even birds, oddly.

Any number of things could have happened. A zombie apocalypse is the first thing that comes to mind, but you laugh & toss that thought aside. You feel around your head for any bruising, but lt quickly becomes clear that you weren't knocked out by head trauma. Fainting isn't impossible, but there doesn't seem to be anything that would have caused such a reaction. Besides, given the situation, lt's unlikely this would be brought on by something so ordinary. Other forces are at play here. Being drugged seems more likely, but then why would you be alone? You certainly feel like you've been drugged. Although lt doesn't make a lot of sense, you decide to go with this explanation for the time being. As for where everyone's gone, lt is impossible to say at the moment. You hate to admit lt, but the only explanation you can come up with is this being like Where Is Everybody? in The Twilight Zone. All you know is that you need to be on the alert for whoever or even whatever may be out there. It's unlikely that you are truly alone.

Whatever went wrong happened here, so lt's not a good idea to remain here. You have a lot of options. To the North at the end of the park is a school that looks a bit like a prison. Whoever you're supposed to be avoiding, lt would make sense for them to be at the school, geography-wise. Still, lt could be like hiding in plain sight. Plus, lt's large enough to hide in & should be easy to fortify. To your left across the road is a grassy plain behind a fence. It appears to head into a forest. It would certainly make for a good hiding place. Behind you but beside the plain is a railroad going from East to West, assuming you're facing North. That would be a good way of checking out the town from a safe position. There is also the road that goes from North to South. You'll have to go from house to house to avoid detection lf you decide to take the road, but you may find something of use to you.

To your right & across the playground is a a hill with a gas station at the bottom. You don't think that would be a good idea, but sometimes the least predictable route is the wisest. But you're also worried that someone may be coming back for you. Perhaps lt would be best to get out of sight as soon as possible, just in case that's true. You look around & find a metal lid in the ground that opens up into a tiny water-control compartment for the sprinkler. You're just small enough to fit. It wouldn't hurt to hide there for a while to see lf anyone is coming. But since you have no idea who or what you could be dealing with, you wonder lf you could end up surrounded & therefore trapped. Well, whatever you do, you should probably do lt quickly.
