Errant

You choose the path to the right, unsure of where it may lead, but hopeful that it might at the very least prove interesting. Your torch lights a good deal of the tunnel ahead of you allowing you to see an offshoots you come across. Or rather, it would if there were any offshoots or corners. But for as long as you walk the path remains singular. It winds and twists but never does it branch out, nor does it open into any greater rooms.

That is until, you reach a small oval room. It has no additional paths and little to show it was created intentionally at all. But in the center of the far wall sits a statue of a lion man with open, upturned paws. His mouth is wide open with dark void for a throat. There seems to be nothing else of note within the room.

Do you want to examine the statue more thoroughly, or would you rather head back?
