Tickling Eevee

5 Eevee come into a room. One of them get's thrown into a trap. It locks itself around him, not enabling him to move at all. One of the females giggle as she brushes her tail across Eevee's sensitive side. Eevee can't do anything about it. He can't see, he can't laugh, and he can't move. He can only feel the tickling sensation of the female's tail as it brushes across him. Then the other females begin to tickle him all over. One attacks his belly with their paws, while the others went after his hypersensitive neck and ticklish paws. Eevee is breaking down, but he cannot show that to his ticklers. What should happen next?

Increase the brutality by replacing the females with a tickle machine
Increase the brutality by adding 10 females
Continue the tickle as is
decrease the brutality by allowing eevee to move and laugh
decrease the brutality by taking 5 females away.
